Indian Boxers Shine at U22 Asian Championships
Indian boxers Neeraj, Ishan Kataria, Yatri Patel, and Priya advanced to the finals of the U22 Asian Boxing Championships, showcasing their impressive skills against tough opponents. The tournament provides a platform for India's young talent to compete against Asia’s finest, featuring 40 Indian participants.

Indian boxers Neeraj, Ishan Kataria, Yatri Patel, and Priya made waves at the U22 Asian Boxing Championships, securing spots in the finals with commendable performances. Neeraj excelled in the men's 75kg category, while Kataria's power punches clinched his success in the men's 90+kg division.
Yatri Patel and Priya also delivered strong showings in their respective categories, propelling them into the finals. The championships, running concurrently with the U19 event, offer India's emerging talent an opportunity to duel with Asia's elite.
Despite some setbacks in other categories, with boxers like Rockey Chaudhary and Harsh missing out narrowly, multiple Indian athletes ensured medal finishes, underlining the country's growing prowess in boxing.
