India's Sports Ministry to Integrate IT Experts in National Federations for CWG 2030

In preparation for the 2030 Commonwealth Games in Ahmedabad, India's Sports Ministry has announced the introduction of IT consultants into National Sports Federations (NSFs). This move aims to streamline digital systems for improved tracking and coordination as part of the National Sports Digital Ecosystem (NSDE) initiative.

The consultants will support federations in areas like competition planning, athlete nominations, and data management. By enhancing these digital workflows, the ministry seeks to boost efficiency in sporting operations and athlete development, contributing towards India's long-term Olympic goals. Existing platforms, including the Annual Calendar and Games Management Systems, bolster these efforts by improving transparency and coordination.
