India concluded the Asian U20 Athletics Championships in style, finishing second in the overall medal tally. On the final day, the country's athletes added three more golds, bringing their total to 10 gold, 5 silver, and 4 bronze medals over the four-day competition.

The Indian women's 4x400m relay team achieved a meet record time of 3:38.07, surpassing the previous record set by Japan in 2018. The men's relay team also broke the past record but secured bronze. Earlier, Muskan won gold in the 5,000m, and Venkatram Reddy Mogali excelled in the men's 800m for another gold.

With impressive performances, including personal bests from various athletes, India finished just behind China in the rankings, while Japan secured third place. The championship highlighted India's growing strength in athletics on the continental stage.
