Nvidia, a US technology giant, and Fujitsu, a leading Japanese telecommunications and computer maker, have announced a collaborative effort to advance artificial intelligence in Japan. This partnership aims to deploy smart robots and other innovations utilizing Nvidia's computer chips.
During the announcement, Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang emphasized the significance of building an AI infrastructure to support the ongoing AI industrial revolution globally. He expressed confidence in Japan's potential to lead in AI and robotics development. Fujitsu's experience in the Japanese market will be critical in tailoring these solutions initially for local needs, with potential expansion plans on the horizon.
