BASF Expands with New Global Service and Digital Hubs in Hyderabad
BASF is set to launch a global service and digital hub in Hyderabad by 2026. These hubs, part of BASF's Global Business Services, aim to enhance efficiency across finance, HR, and more. The initiative reflects Hyderabad's growing status as a leading global capability center location.
BASF, the prominent chemicals company, declared its plans to establish a new global service and digital hub in Hyderabad by 2026. This expansion is part of BASF's Global Business Services initiative.
The announcement came after an exchange of the Letter of Intent between Telangana Life Sciences CEO Sarvesh Singh and Tobias Dratt, BASF's Global Business Services President, witnessed by Telangana IT Minister D Sridhar Babu.
The hubs will standardize processes and enable digital transformation, supporting BASF's functions such as finance and human resources globally. Hyderabad's rapid rise as a hub for global capability centers underscores its appeal, adding over 75 centers last year alone.
