Interestingly, over 25% of Codex interactions in India are for non-coding purposes, showcasing its versatility. It is being adopted for information synthesis, document drafting, and automating research and communication tasks. According to Thomas Jeng, Head of Startups - Asia Pacific at OpenAI, a diverse group including founders and students, is turning to Codex to quickly transform ideas into practical applications.
OpenAI also confirmed collaborations with well-known Indian companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Razorpay, reflecting the country's strong culture for building with cutting-edge AI solutions. Overall, India's rapid adoption perfectly illustrates how actively AI tools are being integrated into daily processes.
