Procter & Gamble, a major player in the FMCG sector, has announced Shailesh Jejurikar as its upcoming Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Jejurikar will join the ranks of Indian-origin executives leading large US corporations.
Jejurikar, an alumnus of IIM Lucknow and currently P&G's Chief Operating Officer, will step into the role as Jon Moeller transitions to Executive Chairman. Moeller will provide strategic counsel to the CEO while heading the board of directors.
With a career at P&G beginning in 1989, Jejurikar has significantly contributed to various sectors, including global Fabric Care and Home Care, and led operational strategies in enterprise markets. His leadership is expected to drive sustained growth and innovation for the company.
