Early Morning Rollout: Namma Metro's Yellow Line Breaks Dawn at 5 AM

Namma Metro's Yellow Line services will begin operating at 5 am on Monday, as announced by the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) on Sunday. This early start is designed to handle the anticipated increase in passenger traffic following the long Independence Day weekend.
The first trains on the Yellow Line are scheduled to leave R V Road and Delta Electronics Bommasandra stations at 5 am on August 18. However, this early service is limited to Monday only, with regular operations resuming Tuesday at 6:30 am, according to the BMRCL statement.
BMRCL has advised commuters to use these early services to avoid travel disruptions. Meanwhile, the Purple and Green lines will continue their usual Monday operations from 4:15 am, maintaining the existing timetable.
