Industrial Leaders Urged to Champion J&K Development

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has urged the industrial leaders of India to actively participate in the rapid industrialization of Jammu and Kashmir. His remarks came during the 4th CII Northern Regional Council Meeting.
Sinha encouraged big companies, corporate houses, and MSMEs to take personal responsibility for the industrial development of J&K, stressing the importance of collective investment from the nation's top industrial players.
The LG highlighted the role private investment in research and development can play, especially focusing on defence, space, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors, to drive innovation and support a self-reliant India.
