A fatal accident in Bihar's Kaimur district claimed three lives and left seven injured after a collision between an SUV and a container truck on Thursday, according to police reports. The incident took place on National Highway 19 in Durgavati, revealed a senior officer.
The victims, identified as Muslim Ansari, aged 48, Munna Ansari, 45, and Razia Khatim, 60, were among the ten travelers in the SUV when the accident occurred. The injured are receiving medical care at Bhabua Sadar Hospital, a sub-inspector from Durgavati Police Station confirmed.
Family members of the deceased are calling for government assistance, emphasizing the need for fair compensation. The group was en route from Sasaram's Nekara area to Kichhauchha Sharif in Uttar Pradesh when their journey turned tragic.
