DLF's Annual Profit Climbs Despite Quarterly Dip
DLF Ltd reported a slight dip in quarterly net profit to Rs 1,268.56 crore due to reduced income. Despite this, its annual profit increased to Rs 4,414.68 crore. Total income for the year grew to Rs 9,816.04 crore, enhancing DLF's position as India's top real estate firm by market capitalisation.
Realty giant DLF Ltd has reported a minor 1% decrease in consolidated net profit for the March quarter, standing at Rs 1,268.56 crore, a result of reduced income. This is a slight decline from Rs 1,282.20 crore during the same period last year.
The company also experienced a significant drop in total income, registering Rs 2,093.82 crore in the fourth quarter of 2025-26 compared to Rs 3,347.77 crore in the previous year's corresponding period.
However, on a positive note, DLF Ltd's annual performance showed improvement. The company's full-year profit rose to Rs 4,414.68 crore from Rs 4,366.82 crore in the preceding fiscal. Total income also increased, reaching Rs 9,816.04 crore last fiscal year compared to Rs 8,995.89 crore in 2024-25, solidifying DLF's status as the nation's largest real estate firm by market capitalization.
