In a brutal incident of road rage, a pickup van driver named Rajesh Munda was allegedly beaten to death by a group of truck drivers in Sundergarh district, Odisha. The tragic event unfolded near Khamarbahal Chowk on the Coal Corridor Road after Munda's vehicle reportedly collided with a stationary truck.

The local police reported that the injured Munda was rushed to NTPC Medical College, where he was declared dead upon arrival. The Deputy Inspector General (Western Range), Brijesh Kumar Rai, confirmed that three truck drivers have been arrested on murder charges, with investigations ongoing to apprehend others involved in the assault.

This incident has raised concerns about road safety and law enforcement in the region. Authorities have assured that the situation remains under control with no disruptions to traffic on the Coal Corridor Road.
