A fatal accident occurred near Bagepalli, leaving six people dead and four wounded after an autorickshaw they were traveling in got trapped between a speeding car and a parked lorry. The crash resulted in the deaths of five female laborers and the autorickshaw driver, as reported by local authorities.
According to officials, the group of ten, consisting of nine female laborers and their driver, were returning from work. As they turned off the highway towards Bagepalli, a car collided into the autorickshaw from behind, forcing it into a lorry parked at the roadside. Immediate fatalities included five individuals at the scene, while another succumbed to injuries at the hospital. Meanwhile, the four hospitalized victims are reported to be in stable condition.
