Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav has criticized the ruling BJP following the cancellation of the NEET (UG) 2026 exam, raising concerns about exam credibility amid paper leak allegations.
In a recent statement on social media, Yadav questioned how the government could assure candidates the integrity of future exams if they were re-conducted. He claimed that systemic corruption under the BJP's leadership has led to widespread frustration among examinees and their families.
The former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister declared that the leak issues plaguing the examination system would persist as long as the current administration stays in power. Following the cancellation announcement by the National Testing Agency, the CBI is set to investigate the allegations thoroughly.
