A leaked guess paper containing questions akin to those on the NEET-UG 2026 medical exam has roots tracing back to Rajasthan's Sikar. It was shared by a student studying in Kerala, spreading ultimately to candidates in Jaipur and surrounding regions.
Rajasthan's SOG initiated an investigation involving numerous candidates and their acquaintances, unearthing links that led to the cancellation of the exam by the National Testing Agency. The discovery of the guess paper's circulation resulted from coordination across multiple police teams.
As the case now transitions to the CBI, further scrutiny is being applied to over two dozen suspects believed to be involved in an organized leakage network. Authorities suspect a broader operation that extends beyond Rajasthan, as no direct involvement of coaching institutes has surfaced yet.
