U.S. singer Chris Brown has entered a plea of not guilty to charges that he attacked a music producer with a bottle in a London nightclub incident from two years ago. The 36-year-old appeared at London's Southwark Crown Court, denying any wrongdoing in the high-profile case.

Prosecutors have accused Brown of attempting to inflict grievous bodily harm on producer Abraham Diaw in what they have described as an 'unprovoked attack' that allegedly took place in a London nightclub back in 2023. Brown's trial, which promises to attract considerable media attention, is scheduled to begin on October 26, 2026.

The two-time Grammy Award winner, renowned for chart-topping hits such as 'Loyal,' 'Run It,' and 'Under the Influence,' was granted bail in May. This followed his arrest in Manchester, northern England, after returning to Britain for the first time since the alleged incident. Brown has agreed to pay a hefty 5 million-pound security fee as part of his bail conditions while continuing his 'Breezy Bowl XX' tour.
