Two students from Vellore Institute of Technology in Madhya Pradesh drowned at a waterfall in Sehore district, as reported by local authorities on Monday.

Identified as Hemant Rao and Sinmuk, the students went missing on Sunday evening after being swept away in the currents at Bherukho waterfall, according to Sehore Superintendent of Police Deepak Shukla.

Despite efforts to locate them that evening, rescue operations faced significant difficulties due to poor visibility. The search resumed Monday morning, eventually leading to the discovery of both bodies.
