In a bid to reinvigorate India's educational ethos, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has made a strong case for the inclusion of ancient knowledge systems in mainstream curricula. Addressing the Chinar Book Festival, Sinha advocated for historical corrections, aiming to amplify the narrative of India's rich civilization and its formidable impact on global culture.

Emphasizing an ongoing renaissance under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Sinha highlighted the nation's profound contributions to science, literature, and spirituality throughout history. The event, organized by the National Book Trust, also saw initiatives to translate distinguished regional works into multiple languages, fostering greater appreciation for Jammu and Kashmir's literary legacy.
