Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took part in a series of sacred rituals at the Gorakhnath temple during Vijayadashami, attending to rites steeped in tradition and spirituality.

Dressed in customary attire, Adityanath initiated the ceremonies at the Shaktipeeth. The prayers, echoing since Navratri's onset, continued as he worshipped Goddess Adishakti before progressing to the main shrine's sanctum sanctorum. Accompanied by saints and students from the Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, the atmosphere was rich with the sound of mantras.

Adityanath also paid respects to his guru, Mahant Avaidyanath, and other saints at their samadhi sites, with the traditional Nath sect's instruments like nagfani and damru intensifying the devotional ambiance.
