In a moving ceremony at Punjab Raj Bhavan on Thursday, Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria honored Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on their birth anniversary. Governor Kataria lauded Gandhi as a world-transforming figure, whose thoughts and actions have inspired movements for justice and freedom across the globe.
