Tragedy Strikes as Speeding Car Kills Four Kanwar Pilgrims in Gwalior
Four Kanwar pilgrims were fatally struck by a speeding car in Madhya Pradesh. The incident, resulting from a burst tire leading to loss of control, also left six others injured. The police are investigating as they search for the vehicle's occupants.

In a tragic turn of events, four Kanwar pilgrims lost their lives, and six others were injured when a speeding car collided with them on the Gwalior-Shivpuri link road in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior district. The mishap occurred near Sheetla Mata Mandir Tiraha under the Jhansi Road Police station's jurisdiction, authorities reported.
The unfortunate incident was triggered by a burst tire that caused the driver to lose control and ram into the pilgrims walking along the roadside. According to the police, three pilgrims died instantly, and another succumbed to injuries during medical treatment.
City Superintendent of Police (CSP) Hina Khan informed that the victims hailed from Sidhauna village and were returning with water from a Shiva temple. Efforts are underway to track the car's occupants as investigations continue into the accident.
