An intense encounter unfolded near Dachigam National Park in Srinagar under 'Operation Mahadev', where security forces neutralized three terrorists. The Inspector General of Police for the Kashmir Zone, Vidhi Kumar Birdi, stated that the identification process is currently ongoing.
IGP Birdi further informed the media that operations within Harwan are continuing as per interior reports, with three bodies observed at the site. Identification is expected to take some time due to the ongoing nature of the mission.
The confrontation, which occurred on Monday morning, is part of a broader anti-terrorist effort in the Lidwas area. The Chinar Corps of the Indian Army has acknowledged the operation's progress, with further updates awaited.
