Tragic Lightning Strike Claims Life of Farmer in Krishna District

A tragic incident unfolded in Krishna district as heavy rains led to a lightning strike that resulted in the death of an agricultural labourer. Two others sustained injuries in this unfortunate event.

The incident, which occurred in Koduru mandal within the Avinagadda Assembly constituency, underscores the dangers posed by inclement weather to those working in agriculture.

The victim, G Kondalamma, aged 30, was laboring in the field when the lightning struck, claiming her life. Local authorities have registered a case at the Koduru police station as investigations continue.
