A father in Delhi has sought legal recourse, filing a petition with the local court in pursuit of a First Information Report (FIR) concerning the alleged sexual assault, murder, and harassment of his minor daughter. The appeal comes years after she was taken by her mother, who converted to Islam along with her children.

The father has accused the partner of his estranged wife of committing these severe crimes against his daughter. In response, Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Ayushi Saxena at Karkardooma Court has requested a status report from the Jagat Puri police concerning the allegations.

The case is scheduled to be heard on August 7, with Advocate Amita Sachdeva and Parth Yadav representing the complainant. The father alleges he learned of the murder from relatives and was denied access to his daughter's body, which was reportedly buried without his consent.
