During a 'Janta Darshan' event at the Gorakhnath temple, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath engaged directly with residents, listening to their grievances and assuring them of swift judicial responses. Adityanath used the occasion to reaffirm his administration's dedication to ensuring justice and prosperity for every household in the state.

In a Vijayadashami address, the Chief Minister emphasized that contemporary society still encounters forces seeking to divide, akin to the villains of ancient epics like the Ramayana and Mahabharata. He highlighted the enduring threat posed by such divisive elements, encouraging followers of Sanatan Dharma to remain vigilant.

Drawing historical parallels, Adityanath described current societal challenges as reflections of adversaries like Shurpanakha and Duryodhana, emphasizing that unity and adherence to the principles of Ramrajya—a symbol of justice and righteousness—remain vital across eras. He underscored the cultural practice of burning Ravana effigies as a tribute to Lord Ram's ideals.
