Prime Minister Narendra Modi has anchored his 24-year governance on prioritizing healthcare, significantly benefiting the Indian populace. One standout initiative, the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY), provides free medical treatment up to Rs 5 lakh, with Gujarat extending the cap to Rs 10 lakh under the Mukhyamantri Amrutam Yojana.

Advanced medical interventions, such as robotic heart surgeries, are now available at Ahmedabad's UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre, enhancing both safety and recovery speeds. "Gujarat's government pushes boundaries by raising treatment coverage to 10 lakh rupees," said Dr. Chirag Doshi, Director of the institute, emphasizing the state's commitment.

In Gandhinagar, the new Ayurvedic Hospital, leveraging the Ayushman card, dispenses cost-free Ayurveda and Homeopathy treatments. Patient Ajay Chaudhary praises the initiative for reducing reliance on costly allopathic treatments. Concurrently, AIIMS Rajkot strengthens Saurashtra's healthcare, mitigating the need for travel to larger cities through initiatives like Ayushman Bharat and the creation of two lakh digital health identities.
