North Korea publicly criticized Israel on Thursday for its airstrike on Iran, describing the action as a 'hideous act of aggression' that threatens to ignite a broader conflict in West Asia. This statement, reported by the state-run KCNA and cited by Yonhap, emphasized Israel's role as a 'cancer-like' entity endangering regional peace, aided by the United States and Western allies.

The altercation between Israel and Iran has now extended into a seventh consecutive day. North Korea's foreign ministry voiced significant concerns over Israel's recent military maneuvers, accusing the nation of elevating the risk of all-out war in the region according to KCNA.

Allegations from North Korea pointed to a breach of Iran's sovereignty, labeling Israel's actions as an 'unpardonable crime against humanity.' The spokesperson reiterated that the global situation highlights Israel as a principal threat to Middle East peace, supported by U.S. patronage.
