The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) demonstrated their support for the Indian armed forces on Thursday by organizing a 'Tiranga Yatra' in the state capital. This event was in response to the recent 'Operation Sindoor', a military action following the Pahalgam terror attack.

Leading the march from Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan to Indira Gandhi Park was APCC vice president Toko Mina. Accompanying her were senior party members and affiliates of various party wings, all voicing slogans critical of Pakistan while applauding India's military for its swift response to the April 22 attack in Pahalgam.

Mina expressed condemnation for the attack, which resulted in the loss of 26 lives, including an IAF Corporal from Arunachal Pradesh. She reaffirmed Congress's support for governmental counter-terrorism measures, highlighting the armed forces' successful operations in Pakistan under Congress leadership.
