A dramatic arrest unfolded as Manjeet alias Dada, a member of the notorious Tillu Tajpuriya gang, was apprehended in Delhi's Sarojini Nagar area following an exchange of gunfire with police. Manjeet, from Haryana, was wanted in connection with the murder of Karan Thapa, an associate of the opposing Gogi gang.

The police, acting on a tip, set a trap for Manjeet, who attempted to flee and opened fire upon interception. The ensuing shootout resulted in Manjeet sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg before his arrest. He was receiving treatment while police continued their investigation into the case.

Linked to multiple criminal activities, Manjeet was acting on orders from Deepak Pakasma, the new leader of the Tillu Tajpuriya gang. Police recovered a pistol, ammunition, and a stolen motorcycle from him. Efforts are underway to apprehend his accomplices and further dismantle the gang's operations.
