The Enforcement Directorate's recent raids on businessman Gyan Chand Agarwal and his associates have rekindled demands for justice from victims of alleged land fraud. Despite ongoing court interventions, these cases have lingered without resolution for over a year.

ED officials conducted searches at various locations in Jaipur on September 3 and 4, targeting land fraud schemes orchestrated by Agarwal and his network. The action followed multiple FIRs by Rajasthan Police, accusing Agarwal of cheating over Rs 150 crore from investors by selling the same land to multiple buyers using forged documents.

Complainants, including Manoj Kumawat and Hanuman Chaudhary, have reported threats and encroachment. Despite police and court involvement, they face ongoing harassment, and nearly 300 FIRs await resolution. Agarwal's methods reportedly involve international shell companies and illicit land dealings, drawing significant attention from both ED and local authorities.
