Amid the festive season, the Delhi Police is stepping up security measures across the national capital to ensure public safety and maintain law and order. Increased vigilance in crowded areas, including markets and transport hubs, is part of this initiative.
Senior police officers from all 15 districts are actively engaging with respective officials and local market committees to assess preparedness and synchronize security protocols. Special attention is being given to heavy footfall markets, such as Sarojini Nagar and Connaught Place, with additional security arrangements in place.
