In a shocking incident, a man identified as Hitesh was brutally gunned down in Jhajjar, Haryana, by three or four unidentified assailants, according to law enforcement officials. The attack is suspected to have stemmed from an old enmity.
The tragic event unfolded on Friday night in Subana village. Hitesh was sitting in his car when attackers unleashed a barrage of around 20 bullets, police reported. After initially fleeing, one of the attackers returned to fire additional shots, they added.
Authorities have launched an investigation, examining CCTV footage to locate the perpetrators. A case has been filed at the Machhroli police station, and efforts to apprehend the culprits are underway. A video of the incident has also surfaced online.
