Bittu Expresses Regret Over Controversial Remarks to SC Community

Ravneet Singh Bittu publicly apologized on Sunday to the Scheduled Caste community for his recent controversial remarks. Recalling the incident on May 26, he acknowledged that his words were inappropriate for someone in his position.

The apology followed critique from the Punjab AAP president and a report request by the Punjab State Scheduled Caste Commission regarding the incident, which involved heated exchanges with police during civic election restrictions. Bittu is also prepared to apologize directly to the Commission's chairman.
