Tej Pratap Yadav, a former Bihar minister and son of founding RJD president Lalu Prasad, has successfully cleared the initial stage interview for pilot training towards a commercial pilot license.

According to the Directorate of Aviation's list, Yadav ranked fifth among 18 successful candidates in the interview held in December 2024.
