Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has called upon Shiv Sena office bearers to abandon their egoistic tendencies linked to their positions and work as ordinary party members to effectively address public concerns.
During a gathering in Palghar district's Manor, Shinde urged Sena workers to commence preparations for the upcoming local body elections. He stressed the importance of remaining connected with the public as common workers, a practice he claimed to uphold throughout his political career.
Shinde recounted addressing calls about community issues, such as broken toilet doors, even when serving as chief minister, emphasizing swift action. He highlighted prioritizing local youth for jobs in significant infrastructural projects like the Vadhavan port, encouraging Sena workers to strive for electoral victory.
