AIADMK leader Edappadi K Palaniswami has issued a strong challenge to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin's aim of DMK winning 200 seats in the next Assembly elections. Speaking at a rally, Palaniswami highlighted significant support, especially in the Harur constituency.
Palaniswami criticized the DMK-led government, claiming that despite 525 electoral promises from Stalin in 2021, less than 10 percent were met. He addressed issues like LPG subsidies, education loans, and fuel prices, accusing the DMK of misleading voters while alleging financial misappropriations.
The AIADMK chief vowed to revive the Harur Kumaran Dam project and address farmers' demands for efficient water management once in power, signaling a robust political contest as elections approach.
