PwC to Compensate $127 Million to Evergrande Shareholders
Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission has finalized a settlement where PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong will allocate HK$1 billion ($127.67 million) to reimburse independent minority shareholders of China Evergrande Group. This is in relation to misleading financial statements audited by PwC HK in 2019 and 2020.
