Hungary's PM to Tackle EU Funds in Brussels Meeting

Hungary's Prime Minister Peter Magyar announced his upcoming meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen this Friday in Brussels concerning the frozen European Union funds.

Magyar emphasized in a Wednesday statement that efforts are underway to secure the release of these EU funds to Hungary.

On Saturday, Magyar expressed optimism about the progress in negotiations over the suspended funds and revealed plans to finalize an agreement in Brussels within the week.
