Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis pressed officials on Monday to prioritize the completion of 30 critical infrastructure projects within the next three years. Emphasizing the importance of timeliness, Fadnavis held a review meeting at the war room in his office to assess the progress of these initiatives.

'Projects should not languish for years,' Fadnavis asserted to reporters. He stressed that the decisions made during the war room meeting should be executed promptly and that the status of each project should be regularly updated on the CM Dashboard for swift action. This would include key projects like the expansion of Mumbai Metro Lines 4, 5, and 6, as well as other vital undertakings.

The Chief Minister also highlighted the importance of alleviating traffic on the Western Expressway through the extension of the Bandra-Worli Sealink. The extension, currently 63% complete, is expected to ease congestion up to the Versova, Dahisar, and Bhayander suburbs. Fadnavis also touched on the importance of aligning housing projects with metro infrastructure developments.
