A video of the harrowing event, shared by Baluni on X, exhibits the rushing fear as hills crumbled, covering vast areas. 'This sight conveys the extreme gravity of the natural disaster which has hit our Uttarakhand,' noted Baluni, commenting on the deep scars from landslides and relentless rain.
Despite the chaos, Baluni expressed gratitude towards disaster response teams working tirelessly to clear roads. Garhwal remains one of the most severely impacted constituencies, grappling with floods and landslides, as Baluni spent three days meeting affected families.
