Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri, emphasized Uttar Pradesh's transformative decade under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath during his visit on Saturday.
In Gorakhpur, he laid the foundation stone for an international cricket stadium costing Rs 393 crore, asserting that the state has become an example for nationwide development. He lauded its advancements in infrastructure and governance, particularly noting the strides in implementing central schemes.
The minister also highlighted Uttar Pradesh's achievements in the energy sector, specifically in green energy initiatives like biogas, contributing to both environmental conservation and farmer income. His visit also included a ceremonial prayer at Gorakhnath Temple, honoring the state's cultural legacy.
