Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has revealed ambitious plans to transform the city into a premier education hub. Speaking at the inauguration of Swami Vivekananda Bhawan at B R Ambedkar University's Karampura campus, Gupta emphasized the city's potential to become a center of learning, despite industrial restrictions.
Gupta believes Delhi can offer unparalleled educational opportunities, urging parents and students to consider the city before heading abroad for higher studies. She assured that the government would provide all necessary resources to strengthen the education infrastructure.
Education Minister Ashish Sood highlighted the university's community outreach efforts. With initiatives extending beyond classrooms, the university is integrating education with social development, including environmental conservation projects. Gupta was joined by Vice-Chancellor Anu Singh Lather and local politicians at the inauguration of the new campus building.
