Delhi is on the verge of undergoing a complete brand transformation aimed at showcasing itself as a modern hub of economic opportunities and cultural heritage. An initiative worth nearly Rs 18 crore has been set in motion, as per an official report by PTI.
The project involves crafting a 'City Brand Playbook' that captures Delhi's identity and communication strategy across various departments and public platforms. Key focus areas include governance, infrastructure, and civic life, highlighted through professional and coordinated communication strategies.
International media engagement, promotional films, and social media standardization are just part of a comprehensive strategy to position Delhi as a competitive global destination. This initiative will also employ an AI-enabled dashboard for real-time public sentiment tracking.
