In a massive statewide crackdown, Rajasthan Police apprehended 2,903 criminals over a two-day special 'area domination' campaign, authorities revealed on Tuesday.

Directed by DGP Rajeev Sharma and implemented over the weekend, the operation saw intensive collaboration among police ranges and districts across the state, according to a police statement.

Coordinated by Additional Director General (Crime) Dinesh MN, the operation was meticulously planned, with top officials and district superintendents overseeing the deployment of over 13,000 police personnel across 15,521 locations. During the raid, 417 notorious criminals and numerous individuals with pending warrants were taken into custody.
