Tragic Demise: Migrant Worker Crushed by Marble Slabs
A migrant worker from Uttar Pradesh, Ramesh Kumar, died in Bohni village after marble slabs fell on him during unloading. Despite efforts by fellow workers, Kumar succumbed to his injuries before reaching Hamirpur hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His body was later returned to his family.

A tragic accident claimed the life of a migrant labourer in Bohni village on Sunday. The incident occurred while Ramesh Kumar, a native of Uttar Pradesh, was unloading marble slabs from a truck, according to the police.
The Superintendent of Police in Hamirpur stated that Kumar was crushed when several marble slabs dislodged and fell on him. Other workers on the scene attempted to rescue him, but the efforts were in vain as he succumbed to his injuries before reaching the hospital.
Doctors at the Hamirpur hospital declared him dead upon arrival. Following a post-mortem examination, Kumar's body was handed over to his grieving family, the police confirmed.
