CRPF Cadets Rise in Historic Passing Out Parade

In a significant move for national security, 46 trainee officers, including two women, were appointed as assistant commandants in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) during a ceremony marked by a passing out parade. Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar took the salute at a momentous event held at the CRPF Officers' Training Academy in Haryana.
These new officers will soon be deployed in critical operational areas, tackling counter-terrorism, insurgency, and Naxal operations. The recruits, who joined as trainees in March 2025, officially became Assistant Commandants after a rigorous 52-week training program.
Union Minister Kumar urged the officers to lead the troops with integrity and dedication. The CRPF, a major internal security force, traces its origin back to 1939 and remains crucial in safeguarding national security.
