A tragic incident unfolded in Ghaziabad as a Class 11 student succumbed to injuries from a stabbing altercation. Police reported that the victim, 17-year-old Surya Chauhan, was attacked following a dispute with friends over a motorcycle ride.
The altercation, occurring on May 28, saw Chauhan suffer stab wounds leading to his eventual death on June 2. Three suspects have been arrested by local police, while efforts continue to apprehend two others. The investigation revealed that the attack stemmed from a disagreement escalating into violence.
Surya's family alleged he was lured to a pre-arranged meeting, resulting in a tragic turn of events. Despite running for his life, he was pursued by the assailants. Notable figures like Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati condemned the incident, urging stringent action against the perpetrators to curb such violence.
