A young pharmaceutical salesman, identified as Vikas, was found dead in his rented accommodation in Ladwa town, Haryana, over the weekend. Authorities suspect the 25-year-old died by suicide, having hanged himself from the ceiling fan.
Local police were alerted when Vikas did not show up for work and failed to respond to calls. The landlord, Sant Lal, was informed by Vikas' coworkers, leading to the discovery of the locked room. After accessing the room through a neighbor's rooftop, Lal found Vikas. Police and a forensic team conducted investigations at the scene. No suicide note was discovered, and the family has been notified.
