Districts such as Nagpur, Wardha, Gondia, Bhandara, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Yavatmal, and Amravati are under alert, with predictions of rainfall and storm occurrences at isolated or various locations, as outlined by Dr. Praveen Kumar, a scientist at the Nagpur meteorological department.
He further noted that rainfall intensity and distribution will likely decrease gradually from October 9 or 10, aligning with the climatological norm, where the monsoon fully withdraws by October 15.
