Union Minister Jitendra Singh highlighted this as a significant move towards democratizing citizen services, emphasizing AI's role in enhancing public engagement. Developed in secure collaboration with Bhashini, the chatbot exemplifies technological advancement in governance, ensuring privacy and inclusivity by supporting numerous regional languages.
Singh underlined the government's commitment to a citizen-centric approach, with the chatbot marking a shift in public grievance management. The resolution rate has exceeded 95%, reflecting increased public faith. Efforts to integrate more languages continue, aiming to eliminate linguistic barriers and foster a more inclusive society.
